Coaching

Coaching and high level communication skills give the leading edge to personal and professional development in challenging times.  Coach-managers are a role model for others.  They are excellent listeners and communicators, providing perspective and encouragement whilst setting high standards and expectations.  Experiencing coaching themselves will thus not only develop the skills and confidence of Executives and Senior Managers as individuals allowing them to become such role models, but through that experience enable them to become better coach-managers themselves.  Their ability to coach their direct reports will be enhanced.

When managers and leaders adopt a coaching style, the productivity, motivation and satisfaction of the employees increases.  This leads to an engaged workforce who are committed to giving the business as much as it is giving them and who are therefore more likely to stay with the company.

Serene Communications has a number of experienced coaching consultants on the team.  We offer a service to assist Executives ascertain their goals prior to coaching, so that the most suitable coach can be matched to their personal needs and objectives. We will provide one to one coaching looking at both personal and professional development and providing coaching sessions, observation, feedback and follow up sessions to enable Executives develop as leaders within the organisation.
